Home Updates & News  This is the news page for all those who have visited in the past and would like to see what we have been up to and how their work has been carried on. Many friends, wwoofers and family have an ongoing input in Rainbow. Due to that interest I have created this page. Keep an eye out for changes and send requests if there is something you want to know about or see. Love to you all, Gillian. The chicken coop has been moved down to the vegetable garden beside the shed, not long after Nemara decorated it to encourage happy egg laying from the residents. It worked and from our 13 hens we are getting up to 5 eggs a day. The garden around the coop is coming along very well, after being started off with the help of Richard and Louise, we are going along well with our vegetable production. Gareth prepared the second bed and that is now planted out as well. A third bed is going in soon.  As well as the vege patch we did some work around the main house as well, most will remember the back of the house where we feed the wallabies, ducks & birds everyday. Well we thought a face lift was in order so we continued the wall at the corner and made a nice level terrace area. Planted it out with a garden that the wallabies promptly ate and added some nice paving . BEFORE  AFTER   Before and after shots of the cabin annex  We timber clad the annex at the back of the cabin and painted each room in a bold new colour!! The barn has had a make-over from Nemara plus Tal & Liad did the snake mural .  The Girls and local wildlife are as beautiful as ever.   New carport to house all the cars and new water tank to store the precious H2O.
