Activities are endless depending on the needs of the event and individual guests. The retreat can accommodate most requests and its natural and private setting make it appropriate for a wide range of endeavours. Bush walking, mountain biking, meditation, yoga, massage, spiritual healing & solitude are just some of the pursuits enjoyed by our guests over the years.
A very important point, our retreat is fully self-sufficient on tank water and off-grid solar power, due to this we request that NO electrical items be brought to the retreat without first checking with us, particularly power hungry appliances such as hairdryers, electric kettles, toasters or heaters.
We ask you to be aware of how you use all powered items, only leave lights on that you need and be aware that the water is pumped via an electric pump as well. When necessary a generator comes on automatically to back-up the solar system. We live and encourage a minimilist, sustainable lifestyle, using all resources wisely.
There is always power, we just use it wisely.
The retreat is located at the end of an un-sealed 3.5 km bush road, however is perfectly accessible in a standard 2WD vehicle.
